Partner Affiliate Agreement

Placeholder agreement for café, hotel, and other partners who promote Häälis tours with affiliate codes / QR tracking. Replace with counsel-approved wording before production.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a contract and provide accurate partner and payout information (typically Wise). Portal access is provisioned by Häälis — there is no public partner signup.

Your role

You may display Häälis track / QR links that attribute sales to your partner code. You must not misrepresent tours, prices, or Häälis. You must not modify tracking links in a way that breaks attribution or redirects users to unrelated destinations.

Commission and payouts

Commission rates are set by Häälis for your partner record. Commissions are calculated from attributed paid sales and paid from Häälis’s platform fee (not from creator net). Payouts are made via Wise (manual ops) after Häälis marks settlements paid. You are responsible for providing correct Wise / bank details in the partner portal.

Codes and materials

Partner codes, track URLs, and any co-branded materials remain Häälis’s to revoke or change. Inactive partners may lose tracking and portal API access.

Data and privacy

You must handle any customer contact you receive in line with applicable privacy law. Häälis’s Privacy Policy describes how we process account and payout data for the partner portal.

Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes on commission earnings.

Termination

Either party may end the partner relationship subject to outstanding commission settlements. Häälis may deactivate codes or portal access for inactive or non-compliant partners.

Changes

Material updates to this agreement or the Privacy Policy require re-acceptance in the partner portal before you continue updating payout details.
