Museum Partner Agreement

Version: 2026-09-28

Effective date: 28 September 2026

Placeholder agreement for museums and indoor venues that publish audio tours on Häälis and issue visitor access codes. Replace with counsel-approved wording before production.

Eligibility

Your organisation must be able to enter a contract. Portal access is provisioned by Häälis — there is no public museum signup. You must keep staff contact details accurate.

Your content

Your museum retains ownership of tour content. You grant Häälis a licence to host, stream, and deliver tours to visitors who redeem a valid access code on the Platform.

You warrant that you have rights to all audio, text, and images, and that content is lawful and suitable for visitors on your premises.

Access codes and visitors

You may generate single-use (or otherwise limited) access codes for published museum tours. Codes grant temporary playback access on a visitor device. You are responsible for how codes are distributed (ticket desk, printouts, memberships, etc.).

Häälis may revoke codes or pause a tour if content or use violates law, these terms, or Platform rules.

Fees and billing

License fees follow the published museum fee schedule and any per-museum override. Fees are typically charged per issued code. Häälis invoices or settles balances according to the ledger shown in the museum portal. You are responsible for providing correct billing contact details.

Review and takedown

New museum tours require review before publish. Häälis may reject, unpublish, or remove content that violates law or these terms.

Data and privacy

Visitor playback may be tied to a device identifier and code redemption. Häälis’s Privacy Policy describes how we process account, ledger, and playback-related data. Handle any visitor personal data you collect yourself in line with applicable privacy law.

Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes related to museum tour activity and any amounts settled with Häälis.

Termination

Either party may end the museum partnership subject to outstanding ledger balances and licence wind-down rules defined by counsel. Häälis may deactivate portal access for inactive or non-compliant partners.

Changes

Material updates to this agreement or the Privacy Policy require re-acceptance in the museum portal before you continue submitting tours or issuing codes.
