Creator Agreement

Placeholder agreement for guides who publish tours on Häälis. Replace with counsel-approved wording before production.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a contract and provide accurate identity and payout information (Stripe Connect and/or Wise).

Your content

You retain ownership of your tour content. You grant Häälis a licence to host, stream, sell, and promote your tours on the Platform.

You warrant that you have rights to all audio, text, and images, and that content is lawful.

Fees and payouts

Platform fees follow the published Honor Formula and any per-creator override. Stripe fees may apply. Payouts use Stripe Connect when eligible, otherwise Wise (manual ops).

Review and takedown

New tours require review before publish. Häälis may reject, unpublish, or remove content that violates law or these terms.

Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes on earnings.

Termination

Either party may end the creator relationship subject to outstanding settlements and licence wind-down rules defined by counsel.

Changes

Material updates require re-acceptance before you continue publishing or Connect onboarding.
