The service

Häälis sells digital audio walking tours created by independent guides. After payment, the tour unlocks in the Häälis app for the email used at checkout.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email. First-time buyers may set a password after purchase (shadow account claim). Keep your credentials secure.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown before Checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refund policy: to be defined with counsel (digital goods often have limited refunds once unlocked).

Licence to you

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased tours for private walking. You may not redistribute audio, transcripts, or maps commercially.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use tours in ways that endanger others.

Liability

Tours are informational. Follow local laws and traffic rules. Platform liability limits will be set by counsel.

Changes

Material updates create a new version. Continued use after re-acceptance means you agree.
